One of two largest, 1924, boats plying the Great Lakes, from Duluth, Minn., through Barge Canal, Mohawk and Hudson rivers to New York. 268 feet long, 42 feet wide, carrying maximum cargo of 2,600 tons; propelled by gasoline engines. Photo taken, on her second trip in 1923, from the river bridge, by Mr. Harry A. Bush, Canajoharie.
