The spirit of enterprise which characterizes Amsterdam's native sons is manifest in the career of Daniel Francis Nadler, who is associated with his brother, Joseph Nadler, in the creamery business, in which they have long maintained a position of leadership.
Daniel Francis Nadler was born April 1, 1884, and his parents, John and Anna Nadler, were natives of Germany. He attended the public schools of Amsterdam and after completing his education joined his brother in the creamery business. They started on a small scale and as a result of their combined efforts the business has grown steadily until it is now the largest in the city. They have never deviated from the high standards of service upon which the enterprise was founded and owe their success to concentrated effort, judicious management and honorable dealing.
On September 19, 1914, Mr. Nadler was married to Miss Lottie Julia Trull, a daughter of Elmer Trull of Amsterdam. Mr. and Mrs. Nadler have two children: Eleanor Trull and Richard Daniel Nadler. The former was born September 9, 1916, and the latter on June 23, 1919. Mr. Nadler is identified with the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks and his political views are in accord with the platform and principles of the republican party. He is a progressive young business man, a loyal citizen, and possesses those qualities which never fail to command respect and admiration.
