Eduard Pannaci is of Neapolitan birth and was born in 1854. He came to America in 1873, and settled in Brooklyn, New York, remaining for a few years, where he was in the hotel business. Later he moved his family to Sea Bright, New Jersey, where he conducted a hotel. He belonged to the Masonic order and to the Episcopal church. He married Veronica Von Radzibor. Children:

(II) Dr. Charles E. Pannaci, eldest son of Eduard and Veronica (Von Radzibor) Pannaci, was born in Brooklyn, New York, October 6, 1877. He graduated from Long Branch high school in 1896, and from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New York City in 1900. He was connected with the Presbyterian Hospital in New York City for one year. In 1903 he removed to Gloversville, and began the practice of medicine, where he still continues. He was for some time city bacteriologist and is consultant physician at Faxton Hospital, Utica, New York. He is a Republican in politics, a member of the Eccentric Club, the National, the State and Fulton County Medical associations. He married Harriet Judson, born May 19, 1881, daughter of Charles W. and Caroline C. (Bryce) Judson (see Judson IV). Children:
- Charles Judson, born March 4, 1904.
- Caroline, November 3, 1907, died June 23, 1909.

(The Judson Line)
The Judsons were early settlers of the. town of Kingsboro, now Fulton county, New York. The progenitor was Deacon Daniel Judson, born 1729, died 1817. He married and had issue.
(II) Elisha, son of Deacon Daniel Judson, was born in 1765. He was a farmer, and served in the revolutionary war. He married Lucy Case, born 1766; children: Sylvester, Sylvanus, Gordon, Elisha (2), Lucy and Alanson.
(III) Alanson, son of Elisha and Lucy (Case) Judson, was born November 15, 1806. It is said that when a boy he learned the value of money and by prudence and economy amassed a fortune, and was one of the pioneer glove manufacturers of Gloversville. In 1838 he became a member of Dr. Yale's church, and was always a liberal supporter of the interests of education and religion. He was a leader in the enterprise and offered the first resolution for dividing the Kingsboro congregation and for establishing a new church at Gloversville, an enterprise that has resulted in great good to both societies. He married, October 22, 1833, Jane Ellison, born February 16, 1816. Children: Charles W., of whom further mention is made; Harriet A., Lucy J., Ella M., Sarah A., Alice L., Marion L., Catherine M.
(IV) Charles W., eldest son of Alanson and Jane (Ellison) Judson, was born July 18, 1834. He married (first) Jennie Bryce, who died, leaving children: Jennie and Marion, both now deceased. He married (second) Caroline C. Bryce, sister of first wife. Children:
- Harriet, born May 19, 1881; married Dr. Charles E. Pannaci (see Pannaci II); and
- Eurilla, died, aged two years, ten months.
