D. 1861, as taken from the Muster-in Rolls on file in the Adjutant General's Office, S. N. Y., (Albany, N. Y.: Comstock & Cassidy, Printers, 1864). Muster-in Roll of Captain Ten Eyck's Company, in the 3d Regiment of New York State Foot Volunteers, commanded by Colonel Frederick Townsend, called into the service of the United States by the President, from the 14th day of May, 1861, (date of this muster) for the term of two years, unless sooner discharged.
