Census, Fulton and Hamilton Counties are now included in the 21st Congressional District (along with the counties of Saratoga (north), Warren and Washington). Parts of the counties of Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady and Schoharie from the former 21st are now in the 19th and 20th Congressional Districts. ***
